Without competition the consumers suffer and this is no different.
Suddenlink is a very bad company. My mother lives in Lake Havasu Arizona and you have a choice of Frontier or Suddenlink which is not much of a choice since Frontier can barely provide Internet service their speed is 20 years outdated so we were Forced to go with Suddenlink as her security needs expanded. we literally just had the service connected and they fouled up the connection points. Literally the same week when I complained they expected me to pay for return service. It took over a month to get halfway resolved. Customer service just does not care and the more I looked into it the overall company is the same way.
